• Exercise. Life is movement. Doing exercise daily brings positive benefits to our health, including weight loss, lowering of risk of diseases, increasing lifespan, and higher bone density. Therefore, increase the activity in your life. Walking instead of transport for close distances. Pick a sport of your liking. Join a dance class or an aerobics class.
  • Choose the exercises which you enjoy. If you enjoy a sport, you will naturally want to do it. Doing exercise isn’t about suffering and pushing yourself, it’s about having fun and being healthy at the same time. Keep them interesting by adding variation in your exercises.

  • Work out the different parts of your whole body. Give your body a proper workout. Don’t just do cardio such as jogging. The most simple way is to engage in sports because they work out the different muscle groups of your whole body.   • Eat vegetables. Vegetables have a lot of nutrients and minerals such as vitamin K, vitamin A, folate, potassium, and manganese, as well as dietary fiber. There are two types of vegetables: starchy ones such as yam, pumpkin, potato, and sweet potato; and non-starchy ones such as arugula, spinach, kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cucumber, long beans, mushroom, and tomato. Some vegetables fall in the middle such as green peas, carrot, corn, beetroot, cauliflower, beans, and artichoke.
  • Eat fruits. Fruits also have a lot of vitamins and minerals. The fact is that oranges offer much more health benefits than vitamin C pills. Consume vitamins and minerals through your daily diet as much as possible instead of through pills.
